Item description from seller

"Lewis Carroll" (Dodgson, C[harles] L[utwidge]. ALICE'S ADVENTURES IN WONDERLAND. London: William Heinemann, [1907]. FIRST TRADE EDITION of the Arthur Rackham Illustrated issue. A NEAR FINE, bright, unworn copy (with moderate foxing to the edges, prelims, and fitfully in the text) in original publisher's green boards decorated in black and gilt with an illustration of the Mock Turtle and the Gryphon to the upper board. Previous owner inscription on half-title. [With:] 13 full page color plates (and dozens of b/w illustrations in the text) by Arthur Rackham. IN THE ORIGINAL 1907 DUST JACKET which is fine, unrestored, and full of eye appeal. A remarkable survival, exponentially more rare than Rackham's unsigned but glamorous deluxe limited edition which was published in an edition of 1130 copies -- most of which survived as prized books whereas dust jackets on trade editions from this era were simply not preserved in any numbers. Matching green folding box.
