Dr. Preeti Mehra , a Business Instructor at Campbell College and a Sessional Instructor at Keyano College (May–Sept 2024), holds a PhD from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, on “Consumers Perception and Purchase Decision Making for Micro Packs – A Study of FMCGs in Punjab” (2017). She has guided multiple PhD scholars in marketing and digital consumer behavior and has extensively published in Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals on topics such as social media marketing, AI in business, electric vehicles, blockchain, and consumer engagement. Dr. Mehra has edited books, including Integrating Sustainability and Autonomous Transportation for Enhanced Urban Mobility, Incentives and Benefits for Adopting Green Entrepreneurship Practices, Unlocking Growth and Sustainability for SMEs with AI, and Reimagining Inclusion: Transforming Policies and Practices for Sustainable and Equitable Futures. Dr. Ergunova Olga Titovna , PhD, is an esteemed Associate Professor at the Higher School of Production Management, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, and an expert at the Russian Academy of Sciences. She also holds an associate professorship at Lovely Professional University (India) and serves as President of the Ural Union of Tourism Industry. With over 21 years of experience in marketing, strategic communications, and project management, her expertise spans digital transformation, sustainable development, smart cities, tourism, and HoReCa. She has held leadership roles in academia and industry, contributing to major branding, tourism, and economic development projects. An accomplished researcher, she has authored numerous publications indexed in RSCI, Web of Science, and Scopus. She has played a pivotal role in initiatives such as the Russian Union of Young Scientists and the Federation of Hospitality Auditors, as well as various national and regional tourism and strategic development projects. A recognized thought leader, she is a jury member and speaker at international forums and contributes to leading Russian media outlets. Her work has been honored with prestigious awards, including the Russian Event Awards and national recognitions in education, tourism, and science.

Dr. Shyam Sunder Agrawal , working as Assistant Professor, Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, India. He has been associated with the education industry since 2015. He has presented papers at various reputed IIM conferences and published several research papers in UGC CARE, SCOPUS, and ABDC Journals. He has earned his Ph.D. in management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. His fields of interest are Behavioral Finance, Sustainable Finance, Capital Market, Banking, and Insurance. He has published and granted 2 patents from Govt of India. He received the International Case Study Award in 2022. He is a reviewer for Emerald, Springer, and peer-reviewed journals. He is also a financial advisor at Life Insurance Corporation of India.

Dr. Stefanovic Miladin is a distinguished academic, researcher, and consultant with extensive contributions to quality management, ICT, e-learning, university-enterprise cooperation, and innovation management. As the author or co-author of over 200 papers, six technical solutions, six books, and seven book chapters―including 40 manuscripts published in SCI Thompson-listed journals―he has played a pivotal role in advancing his field. He has actively participated in numerous projects, including seven TEMPUS, two ERASMUS+, five national scientific projects, and three Innovation Fund-funded initiatives, alongside over 50 industry collaborations. A key figure in business and technology transfer, he contributed to the establishment of the Business Start-Up Center (BIC) in Kragujevac and serves as a leading consultant for management systems, having implemented ISO standards in over 30 companies. As Manager of the Center for Quality and the Center for Knowledge Transfer at the University of Kragujevac, he has mentored six PhD candidates and overseen 75 MSc and over 120 BSc theses. A member of prestigious organizations such as IFIP, the Engineering Academy of Serbia, and AQSS, he also serves on the editorial boards of eight international journals, further solidifying his impact in academia and industry.
