About the Authors
Dr. Sandeep Kautish has been ranked among the Top 2% Scientists globally by Stanford University and Elsevier in 2024. He is currently serving as a Director at the Institute of Innovation (IOI) with Physics Wallah Limited Noida. Previously, he has worked at Apex Institute of Technology, Chandigarh University, Punjab, India, which is ranked #120 in the QS Asia University Rankings 2025 and #691–700 in the QS World University Rankings 2024. Dr. Kautish has served as Director-Academics at Transnational Education (TNE) site of Asia Pacific University (APU), Malaysia, in Kathmandu, Nepal. APU is ranked among the top 600 universities globally in the QS World University Rankings 2023. An academician by choice, Dr. Kautish brings with him over 20 years of academic experience, including nearly a decade in academic administration. He earned his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees in Computer Science, specializing in Intelligent Systems in Social Networks, and also holds a Diploma in Management. His research interests include Healthcare Analytics and Business Analytics. A prolific researcher, he has authored over 150 publications, including 53 articles in JCR Q1 and Q2 journals, 115+ Scopus-indexed publications, and 60 Web of Science Core Collection publications. In 2022, Dr. Kautish introduced a novel DDoS mitigation strategy tailored for hybrid cloud environments. This groundbreaking research was published in the prestigious IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics (Impact Factor: 11.648). His other works have appeared in high-impact journals such as: Scientific Reports (Springer Nature, Impact Factor: 4.6), IEEE Access (Impact Factor: 3.415), Computer Standards & Interfaces (Elsevier, Impact Factor: 3.721), Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing (Springer, Impact Factor: 3.662) and many more. A highly cited researcher, Dr. Kautish has amassed 2,600+ citations on Google Scholar with an h-index of 29, while his Scopus h-index is 24. He has authored or edited 30+ books with leading publishers such as Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, De Gruyter, Bentham Science, and IGI Global.
Nirbhay Kumar Chaubey is currently working as a Professor and Dean of Computer Science at Ganpat University, Gujarat India. Prior to joining Ganpat University, he worked as an Associate Dean of Computer Science at Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. A dedicated person with the capability of taking on new challenges of academic, research, and administrative leadership with over 25 years of teaching regular Post Graduate courses of Computer Science. His research interests lie in the areas of Wireless Networks (Architecture, Protocol Design, QoS, Routing, Mobility, and Security), Cyber Security, Quantum Computing, IoT, Ad Hoc Networks, Sensor Networks, and Cloud Computing. Established a reputed Scopus Indexed Springer International Conference on Computing Science, Communication and Security (COMS2) being organized every year. Published 70+ research papers in reputed International Journal and Conference proceedings indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, published 10 book chapters in Scopus Index Book. Authored/ Edited 8 Scopus-indexed international texts, reference books of Springer, IGI Global, and Lap Lambert publishers, contributed 12 patents (5 granted) and 1 copyright (granted). His published research works are well cited by the research community worldwide which shows his exceptional research performance, Google citations: 740 and H-index: 18. Dr. Chaubey has been very active in the technical community and served on the editorial board of various international journals, program committee member for international conferences and an active technical reviewer of repute Journals of IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, and Wiley. Under his guidance 07 Ph.D. students, 14 M.Tech students, and 160 MCA students completed, 6 Ph.D. Research Scholars continue for their quality research work, and one Ph.D. research scholar received the AWSAR Award-2020 of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India under his guidance. Prof. Chaubey is a Senior Member of IEEE, a Senior Member of ACM, and a Life Member of the Computer Society of India. He has been actively associated with the IEEE India Council and IEEE Gujarat Section and served IEEE in various volunteer positions. He has received numerous awards including IEEE Outstanding Volunteer Award- Year 2015 (IEEE Region 10 Asia Pacific), Gujarat Technological University (GTU) Pedagogical Innovation Awards (PIA) -2015, IEEE Outstanding Branch Counselor Award - the Year 2010 (IEEE Region 10 Asia Pacific).
S. Goyal completed PhD in the Computer Science & Engineering in 2012 from India and served many institutions in many different academic and administrative positions. He is holding 19+ years experience at national and international level. He has peerless inquisitiveness and enthusiasm to get abreast with the latest development in the IT field. He has good command over Industry Revolution (IR) 4.0 technologies like Big-Data, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Blockchain, computer networking, deep learning etc. He is the first one to introduce IR 4.0 including Blockchain technology in the academic curriculum in Malaysian Universities.He had participated in many panel discussions on IR 4.0 technologies at academia as well as industry platforms. He is holding 19+ years’ experience in academia at National & International level. He is serving as a reviewer or guest editors in many Journals published by Inderscience, IGI Global, Springer. He is contributing as a Co-Editor in many Scopus books. He had contributed in many Scopus/ SCI Journal/ conferences. Currently, Dr Goyal is associated as a Director, Faculty of Information Technology, City University, Malaysia.
Pawan Whig is an accomplished researcher and academic leader with extensive expertise in VLSI Design, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). He holds a Doctorate from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, where his research focused on cutting-edge technological advancements. He also earned a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2005 and an M.Tech in VLSI in 2008, building a strong foundation for his work in these fields. Dr. Whig currently serves as the Country Head at Threws and is a Research Consultant specializing in Machine Learning. He is also an IEEE Lifetime Member and has made significant contributions to the academic community, including serving as the Dean of Research at VIPS-T. He is Google Certified in Digital Marketing, reflecting his commitment to integrating technological advancements with practical applications. With over 20 years of experience in IT, Dr. Whig has contributed to numerous research projects and publications. He has published over 150 articles in national and international journals and is actively involved as a reviewer for various international journals. His research interests span AI, ML, Analog Signal Processing, Sensor Modeling, and Water Quality Monitoring Applications, with a focus on Simulation and Design. In addition to his research contributions, Dr. Whig is an active member of several professional organizations, including the International Association of Engineers (Hong Kong), ISTE, IEEE, IEI, and the Computer Society of India (CSI). His academic contributions have helped shape the field of AI and ML, and he continues to inspire future generations of engineers and researchers.
