This group boasts stories about a storekeeper who "peddles everything from pink corsets to Ford cars," a woman who is "the source of the dark-flowing currents which envelop three generations," a man who sees himself as "a natural born salesman, an artist, and one of the best natural talkers" in his company, "the favorite works of the fabulous Mr. Woollcott," and "an author, a wife fleeing her husband, a physician, and a girl whose way of life made her an outcast." All books are intact, but since they're all vintage paperbacks. it might be wise to handle them carefully anyway, out of respect for the medium if nothing else. Sorry, but no substitutions. Size: 16mo - over 5¾ - 6¾" tall.
