Synopsis

While many feel like they could simply use some help or a hand up, what they truly need is healing. After being stuck in ruts too deep to define and cycles that seem never-ending, people worldwide are recognizing that they're not just in trouble. They're dealing with unresolved trauma. After years, and even decades, of mental anguish, sorrow and generational strongholds, it can seem almost impossible to obtain and sustain long-term healing.

But there's not only help-there's hope.

In her debut book, The Modest Model for Healing & Deliverance, counselor, speaker and coach Dr. Lavita S. Modest takes readers on a journey of healing from spiritual trauma, generational curses and strongholds. Using The Modest Model (TMM), her signature process for spiritual healing and deliverance, Modest walks readers through a simple seven-step process to heal from past and present hurts and disappointments-ushering them into a life of fulfillment and freedom. Exploring the mind/body connection that promotes spiritual, emotional, and physical healing, as well as deliverance, this book serves as a strategic guide to spiritual healing and deliverance through the seven-step process coupled with a relationship with God.
