Synopsis

The church has never been busier, yet the world has never been more broken. In The Misplaced Mission, Dr. Michael Flavius calls the church back to Christ’s original assignment: the Great Commission. With biblical clarity and prophetic urgency, you will discover how good church activity can quietly replace gospel obedience and how programs can overshadow proclamation.

This is not a critique of effort, but a call to realignment. Challenging leaders and members alike, Dr. Flavius asks hard but necessary questions about mission drift, comfort, and distraction, while offering a hopeful path forward rooted in prayer, power, and purpose. If the church is to fulfill its calling in these critical times, it must remember why it exists. The mission is still the mission. And the fire truck must keep moving.
