About the Author
Born and raised in Western Kentucky, Chad Young has been writing poetry and stories since he was a child, finding inspiration in nature, philosophy, and the wonder of everyday life. He wrote "Evan Caught a Bigness in a Box" for his nephew, Evan, whose diagnosis with Alagille syndrome became the inspiration for a story celebrating curiosity, resilience, and the boundless imagination of childhood. Through imagination, humor, and heart, Chad hopes to encourage children to ask big questions, embrace life's mysteries, and discover the beauty that can be found in every moment.
