About the Author
Darlene Waters-Colon is a global trade governance advisor, licensed U.S. Customs Broker, speaker, and author of The Descent Protocol. With more than 30 years of experience leading trade compliance and governance programs for multinational organizations, she has held leadership positions at Volvo Cars, Metso, and GE. She is the creator of the Governance Depth Index(TM) and speaks internationally on governance, risk, and organizational alignment.
