About the Author
David Glinka is a retired United States Air Force Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Master Blaster with 22 years of distinguished service. Over more than three decades, he developed expertise in explosives safety, hazardous materials management, and security operations. Following his military career, he founded DAGMAN AA&E Consulting, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing consulting services in arms, ammunition, and explosives safety and compliance.In addition to his technical career, David is an experienced writer and instructor. He has authored instructional manuals, curricula, and technical procedures for military and civilian audiences, translating complex, high-risk subject matter into clear, actionable guidance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University, along with additional degrees, certifications in Explosives Safety Management, Range Safety Officer training, and emergency preparedness coursework through FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security.Now retired, David devotes his time to writing, research, and life with his wife as an empty-nester of five grown children. He enjoys hiking, birding, paddleboarding, gardening, and following the sport of hockey. His book Faith to Truth reflects his commitment to disciplined inquiry, clear communication, and the pursuit of historical understanding.
