Synopsis
Her airship has crashed. Her magic is gone. And the pirates aren't done with her yet...
Sira always dreamed of becoming an airship pilot. She's gone against her family's wishes and suppressed her magical gift to make it happen. But when her final flight exam is interrupted, her life gets thrown off course. Stranded with James, the frustrating mage assigned to her exam, Sira is determined to get back to the open skies where she belongs.
Low on supplies and far from home, they seek aid in a nearby Fae village. There, Sira uncovers truths about James, her family, and herself that leave her reeling. But there's no time to linger; the people who brought down their ship are still in the forest, and they'll do anything to stop Sira and James from reaching the city.
