Synopsis
The poems are written in a style so they might be understood and enjoyed by the reader in general. In most cases the poems come quickly and some have to be hurriedly written down before they are forgotten. Most of the poems come complete, regarding the trials and experiences of the author, and are as teachings to help give understanding in order to ease the burdens caused by the uncomfortable situations of life's trials. Loving to play with words, many may start with an idea and a word and are then linked to a rhyming word into the thought of the poem and continued until the thought is completed with all the words needed for the poem being included. About the Author
David Cresap's lifelong journey of poetry writing, is spurred by seemingly coincidental events that he interprets as divinely guided. He highlights two remarkable family histories revealing unexpected ancestral connections, emphasizing his belief in spiritual guidance. David Cresap's poetry writing process is described, noting how poems often emerge quickly, complete, and then are refined. The anthology's purpose, according to the him, is to share these poems and the spiritual lessons derived from them with others. His personal experiences, including a grandson's diagnosis of high-functioning Asperger's, are presented as sources of inspiration and understanding. David Cresap concludes that the poems offer universal insights and stress relief.
