About the Author

Holly Rhoton grew up with alcoholic parents who died before they had the chance to get old. The most difficult relationship she had was with her mother, probably because she loved her so much. After losing her, Holly was left with feelings of anger and grief. She didn't know how to process her big feelings or how to let go of the anger she felt. This book is her journey through her loss, and her way of helping others that have had similar experiences.
