About the Author
Joel Rodriguez is the Director of Prison Ministry at Cityline Church and has been a chaplain for over 15 years. In 2016 he was awarded Chaplain of the Year in Jersey City, New Jersey where he resides with his wife, Carmen and daughter Cheyenne.
