About the Author
Jeffrey Schlissel is a chef, writer, and mental health advocate whose journey spans over four decades in the culinary world. Battling food addiction, depression, ADHD, and trauma, Jeffrey found healing through cooking, reflection, and asking for help. In Craveable Obsessed, he shares his unfiltered story - full of scars and breakthroughs - to remind every human: it's okay not to be okay. With recipes woven into raw storytelling, Jeffrey offers readers both nourishment and hope - because healing is a messy, beautiful journey, and none of us should walk it alone.
