About the Author

Born to missionary parents in India, Ranjith immigrated to the United States in 2010, and considers it a blessing to be a husband and a father. He lives by the mantra: "Thrive by helping others thrive." In that vein, he desires to transform the corporate world into a space that exudes a sense of belonging by pointing leaders back to the basics. As a qualified engineer, Ranjith has worked for fifteen years in the pharmaceutical regulatory domain in a variety of leadership roles and has a passion for people. He volunteers his time serving in the church band and being a trustee of a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing education to kids in particular impoverished communities. His online devotional "The Second Shout" and his band "Miles Apart" are humble attempts at exercising stewardship.
