Synopsis

Burning within each one of us is the promise of a flame. It may be a wildfire, it might be just an ember, or it might even be kindling in need of a spark.

A Little Book About Fire is the flint and steel to set your heart ablaze. This book is an introspective look into how we might harness what’s inside us and live life in all its brilliance. It is a beautifully illustrated story that appeals to our humanity—reminding us of who we are and what we are capable of.  With quirky illustrations and reflections, it's little book that feels like a best friend who can see the real you and believes in everything you can be.

Some people have a little fire somewhere inside.

It doesn’t show up on x-rays,
you can’t see it glowing at night
(except when you can.)

It fuels a drive, an energy,
a tendency to shine
Even beneath an overcoat
Or hiding at the back of the room

Sometimes it rains
It drizzles for days
It pours

And yet the fire is still there.
