Synopsis
After the harrowing raid on Occupied Earth, John Austin, Gail Finley, and their fellow survivors are left to grapple with the repercussions of what they have learned and devise a strategy. The entire Accipiter Empire is incensed, mobilizing their vast resources and millions of ships in order to turn over every rock in the galaxy looking for them.
As secrets unravel, the true perpetrators behind the bombing of city hall remain at large. If this weren’t enough, mysterious craters and fires begin to erupt closer and closer to Fort Brazos.
At Ari’Nell, with Captain Jermain Cutter’s and NTN Revenge’s help, Commander Alberta “Bertie” Sinitskaya work desperately to build up defenses. Meanwhile, Captain Charles Cross and NTN Phoenix are sent to an undisclosed location on a secretive mission.
