Synopsis

When Palestinian Fareed met Turkish Nadide, neither could imagine the course of events that their relationship would trigger. The daughter of a ruling Turkish general, Nadide's affections are at the center of a tumultuous political landscape in the 1980s. With conflict rising between her suitor and her father, on one side, and her father's political enemies, on the other, the two targeted her with opposite benefits, albeit each wanting her to abort her yearning to reach her goal, a goal possessed by a wish to follow her heart.
