Synopsis
Doris is a knock-kneed, cross-eyed, drooling giraffe who is friends with everyone she meets, except Billy, the woolly bully bear. Billy makes every effort to find Doris and make fun of her physical appearance. He aggressively intimidates her to do things that she keeps telling him she does not want to do. Billy doesn't pay attention to what she is saying and laughs when she pleads for him to stop. No matter what Doris and her friends do, they are afraid of Billy. One day while playing with her friends, they find themselves in a life-threatening situation with Billy right in the midst. How Doris chooses to respond and resolve Billy from bullying is an unconventional and surprising way that will surely surprise everyone who reads this story. The reader is left with an empowering solution that can bring a positive outcome to the victim and innocent bystanders as well as repentance and change from the bully.
