Timothy J. Ladison was born and raised in Upstate New York and now makes his home with his wife in the scenic 1000 Islands region along the St. Lawrence River. Though his two children are grown and are living their own adventures, family remains at the center of his life.As the founder of a newly formed boutique consulting firm Brown Paper Analytics, Timothy has dedicated his career to helping leaders and organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and integrity. He blends decades of operational and consulting experience with a passion for mentoring and coaching, guiding people to build intentional lives rooted in ethics, values, and character.Away from his work, Timothy is a certified scuba diver who explores the historic shipwrecks of the St. Lawrence River.
