Kathleen Cesarin, LPN, is a nurse, wellness coach, healthcare navigator and educator, Reiki Master-Teacher, and founder of Philosophia Within. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, social services, and holistic wellness, she is a passionate advocate for person-centered care that nurtures the whole individual-mind, body, soul, and spirit. Kathleen has advanced nursing specialities in orthopedics, wound care, and foot care, and has worked nearly exclusively with older adults for the last decade. Through workshops, retreats, coaching, and energy healing, she helps others find coherence, resilience, and balance. Her debut book, Living and Aging Well: A Practical and Holistic Guide for Older Adults, Families, and Helping Professionals, brings together decades of experience, spiritual insight, and practical wisdom to support aging with dignity, clarity, and empowerment. Kathleen lives in Alberta, Canada, with her husband, Tyler, and is a proud mother of three adult children and one grandchild.
