Synopsis
This is the story about partition of India.
The story begins with the birth of Faiza in 1930 and goes right up to 2005.
Her life changes unexpectedly on the eve of independence when she is raped brutally, changes her perception about life and living.
It is also the story of Nihal who she loves and will always love till her death. Nihal has to reach India and start afresh. How will he conduct his life?
It is the story of Shekhar and Javed who rape Faiza but later are unable to forgive self.
The story travels from 1930 to present times and the Kargil War.
The life of characters changes with times and all historical changes are depicted which one would enjoy reading.
