Synopsis
Invader Comics Presents: Animals: Outbreak #1. In Olympic National Park, animals have begun killing people, and it's up to Sheriff Bertrand to figure out why. Last year, a hunter in Olympic National Park died from what an eyewitness insisted was a long-dead elk coming back to life in order to exact revenge. A bear stalked a camper with human intelligence and determination. Animals were killing people, and it was up to Sheriff Jack Bertrand to figure out why. The "why" turns out to be a contagious virus that increases animal intelligence and ferocity, turning docile forest creatures into calculating killers. As Jack Bertrand and Wildlife Agent Dan Simmons frantically track the murderous animals, they find out the animals are tracking them!

About the Author
Keith Foster writes the horror comic Animals, the long-running giant monster comic Kodoja, the “space superhero” comic Space Minotaur and the interplanetary kung fu comic Three Protectors.
