Synopsis: The Dog That Didn‛t Bark at First is about a beagle named Buttons that is 'cute as a button.‛ He is a beagle, but he certainly doesn‛t behave like one. While other beagles are sniffing and perking their ears, Buttons remains as still as a statue, showing no interest in barking, chasing, or even a simple fidget. He has a quiet, serious nature. Would he ever find his "inner beagle?" Everything changes when his owner, Mr. Henry brings home a gorgeous female beagle named Clover.
