Synopsis

Glibb meets a new boy at school that moved from the big city. His family moved into a new house across the street from the Smith brothers which are friends with Glibb. Glibb invited his new friend Lee to go fishing with him and his dad. He then invited the Smith brothers. They all had a fun time fishing and then playing ball in Lee's backyard. Glibb falls into the pond several times while fishing, for a different reason each time. The boys have one ball break a car windshield and Glibb gets a sprained ancle by the afternoon and tries to ride his bicycle home with one foot pedaling. All the boys had a fun adventurous day that proved to be very interesting.

About the Author

Ken Blanton was born in Columbus, Ohio and spent a large portion of his life living and working in Florida. He has resided several years on his small farm in the country where he enjoys writing children's book. He has several hobbies such as painting, wood carving, restoring antique and collectable vehicles. He also enjoys working in his garden. He has worked heavy construction projects in many locations all over the country, and now calls a small farm in Kentucky his home. After generating many engineering manuals and procedures Ken decided to start writing children's books with adventure and a moral thread woven through each book. It has been a great adventure.
