About the Authors

MARIO BUSACCA is the owner of KeyStone Strategies, a leadership consulting firm that specializes in helping people reach their full potential through an understanding of leadership skills. His over thirty-five years with NASA provide 2ND him with insight into teams and relationships. As a former religious skeptic, he brings the perspective of the unbeliever to this work. Mario is a quiet, well-mannered person-when he's asleep. The remainder of the time, he is busy teaching improv, writing, and learning the fine art of cooking.

HOYT BYRUM is a retired Presbyterian pastor and the founder of the 3-G Coaching Ministry. He has a bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University, master's degrees from the University of Michigan and Princeton Theological Seminary, and a doctor of ministry degree from Reformed Theological Seminary. He is a master life coach and derives his greatest pleasure from mentoring others in living the 3-G lifestyle. He is an avid golfer, but many of his friends suggest that he take up bowling.
