About the Author

Florine Dotson Evans is a native of Oklahoma. Her father was a COGIC pastor who also worked for the federal government. Her mother was a homemaker full of grace and charity. Growing up, the word of God was her daily bread.After completing business school training, she was employed with the state of Oklahoma in the medical evaluation unit. She married Joseph Benjamin Evans, a chemist. Her husband was recruited to Salem, Oregon, and they lived a total of thirteen years. They have two daughter and four grandchildrenThrough the years, Florine has many life experiences. She has had brief encounters with angels over time that anchored her faith in the reality of a living God who is faithful to his word. She worked as a manager for AT&T communication and Farmers insurance. Florine answered the call to ministry.
