Synopsis
Being a practicing teacher of Yoga running my own Institute of Yoga and produced teachers of Yoga being a learner has been upper most for me. Some years ago I decided to put Yama & Niyama into practice in real life. In six to eight months I found my energy levels going off balance and decided to drop it. When I worked with Vritti Coach Suchitra and used a part of this New Yoga Technique I am now able to comfortably align my thoughts, feelings and actions and have new hope to live the Yoga way of life in reality.
