Craig Le Clair is a vice president and principal analyst at Forrester, where he has worked for over fifteen years. He is recognized worldwide as a leading industry analyst on AI and automation, and the future workplace. He has authored hundreds of reports on the future of technology as well as two previous books on the subject. In 2019, he received a Forrester research award for first recognizing the Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) market. This research led to his 2019 book, Invisible Robots in the Quiet of the Night, which ranked top 5 on Amazon’s category of Automation.
Prior to joining Forrester, Craig held senior positions at ADP, MITRE, and BBN Technologies. A prolific writer and speaker, Le Clair is frequently quoted in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Forbes, and many other publications and media outlets. Craig earned a BS in economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from George Washington University, where he taught economics and finance.
