About the Author

Franklin Jon Zuch was born and raised in Pennsylvania and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Villanova University. He joined law publisher George T. Bisel Co., Inc. where his career spanned over fifty years, thirty-two as CEO. Mr. Zuch's past and present affiliations included Friends of Growden Mansion, Pennsylvania Historical Society, Philadelphia Book Clinic, The Pennsylvania Society, Heritage Foundation, Langhorne Presbyterian Church, Ocean City Tabernacle, and the Union League of Philadelphia.
