As a physiotherapist, she deals with the psychology and physical ailments of pain, people's fears, and patterns on a daily basis. She is an Eponaquest Master Herder Instructor, facilitating equine programs which shine light on people's blocks as well as the inner qualities they can tap in to strengthen and empower their own leadership abilities. The program builds personal skills as well as a community of connectedness and mastery.Kristen has struggled with chronic pain, depression, associated anxiety, and overwhelm. She has spent years uncovering how our thoughts, body -held traumas, and anxieties limit life. Today, a transformed woman, Kristen invests in others as a coach and mentor.
