These ventilated poems and writings are rooms where I had conversations with the mental, psychological, and spiritual suffering I experienced while dealing with physical pain over the course of the last two years – the mental suffering of angst, anxiety, and despair. They are conclusions of affection I found in living life fully experiential rather than playing dodgeball with its unpleasant moments.
