I've dedicated my professional journey to preserving the beauty and history of architectural treasures. My career began in residential interior design, where I honed my eye for detail and a deep appreciation for spaces that tell a story. This passion naturally led me to historic preservation-a field that marries design, history, and community impact. Over the years, I've had the privilege of serving as Executive Director for two historic houses and a history museum, overseeing their operations and sharing their unique stories with the public.Beyond management, I've rolled up my sleeves to restore and rehabilitate five historic properties, breathing new life into these significant spaces while respecting their rich heritage. Sharing knowledge is another cornerstone of my work: I've presented at conferences, old house fairs, delivered lectures, and led workshops to inspire and educate others about the importance of preservation. As an author, I've published three books that delve into the art and history of preservation, offering readers insights and inspiration drawn from my experiences. I am looking forward to sharing more of my adventures in the future.
