About the Author

In 2016 Robert Walason was a subject of the number one worldwide, podcast from Gimlet Media, Academy Award Nominated; Producers Marc Smerling and Zac Stuart-Pontier, titled "Crimetown." After touring a multi-city live show for the Podcast, including New York City, Brooklyn, Boston and Providence, he was approached to write his life story with co-author Joe Broadmeadow in 2018 and titled "UnMade; Honor Loyalty Redemption". In 2021 Robert, wrote, directed and produced the documentary, "UnMade" based on his life story which premiered at the Veterans Auditorium in Providence, RI.In 2022, Robert began to hash out his idea about a fictional character loosely based on gangsters, politics and major events throughout history and the what if you had a second chance? Robert's exciting 2nd book, with co-author Joe Broadmeadow, titled "Boss Angel" is for presale and will be released November 29th, 2023 on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Robert is presently completing Book II of the Boss Angel series with a planned release in spring 2024. Robert was in the jewelry manufacturing industry for over a decade during the 1980s heyday in Providence, RI. He transitioned to the moving and storage industry after the fall, has owned and operated moving companies for over 30 years and is still in the business. Robert resides in Cranston, RI with his wife, Jeanne.
