Synopsis
Bones LaRue is dead.
The fan-favorite heavyweight with the troubled past went down early in his highly publicized comeback fight and never got up again. But something in the boxer's autopsy has the NYPD asking questions which require the assistance of private detective Samantha Malone and her brother, amateur boxer Winston "Stone" Malone.
Using Stone's contacts in the boxing world, he and Sam uncover a string of dead boxers all across the city with only one thing tying them together–a new designer drug called "Golden Gloves."
It's up to Sam to find the source of the drug before it claims any more lives, but in order to do that, she'll have to wade through an onslaught of lies and corruption.
