Synopsis

Orcs consorting with demons? The dwarves initiating a war of conquest for the north?

The continent has never known peace for but a few years at a time.

For Leegen, life had no greater pleasure than serving the Knight of Radiance, a holy order for the Sun God. But when his lover’s life is put in danger, he puts his status as a knight at risk.

There’s only one thing to absolve him of his infractions: a holy quest.

Perilous as it may be, his old mentor, Abraham, and a mysterious prince, Avax, join Leegen, eager to help him see the task to completion.

Meanwhile, Grondel must take control of his tribe of orcs back from the Shadow Lord before they are all wiped out.

Elsewhere, a mischievous and young wizard makes waves in her wizard college. But what will Aluna do when war breaks out?

Finally, a mercenary struggles with his conscience. How far is David willing to go to earn enough money to bring his wife and son back to life?

They might not know it yet, but their fates are entwined.
