Synopsis

Lily Michaels has worked hard to establish a reputation as a fearless treasure hunter who gets the job done. Two years after walking away from her normal, predictable life she thought she’d left her past behind, but when an old friend hires her to find the Solar Idol she gets far more than she bargained on.

This time she has to work with a team. A team that includes shy assistant Cora Quinn and charming ex-soldier Connor Reed, a man who makes her feel thing she’d really rather not admit to. Worse it also includes her estranged ex-husband. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, right?

The search for the Solar Idol takes them to the Mexican rainforest where they have to figure out how to work together as a team if they are going to survive. But when they realise they are being tracked by another team of ruthless treasure hunters, who will stop at nothing to get the Solar Idol, the race to the treasure really begins.

It’s not long before Lily realises that this job might just end up costing her everything!
