With a deep-rooted passion for spreading the teachings of the Bible, he also serves as the President of TCIF Inc. Bible College, nurturing the spiritual growth of aspiring leaders. Alongside his ministry, Walter has been happily married to Pastor Sandra Gail Ellerbe for 43 years. Their union has been blessed with four children, two daughters-in-law, a son-in-law, and a loving 18 grandchildren.
