Synopsis
When a team of four young high schoolers-led by Skylar, a competitive drone racer-uses secret CIA technology to eavesdrop on enemies of the U.S., they invite chaos into their lives and the lives of their families. In the wake of his mother's passing, teenage Skylar and his father Joe found a love for drone racing-a hobby they dedicate much of their free time to. Joe is also a weapons contractor for the U.S. Military, and uses his electrical engineering prowess to aid the government in important, top-secret missions. A chance meeting at an air flight run puts Skylar on the government's radar when he blows every pilot out of the water with never-before-tested tech. Saddled with the need to recruit his son's unique set of skills to his job's newest project, Joe brings Skylar again to the testing facility. Before long, Skylar is surreptitiously recruiting pilots of his own from his drone races. As Skylar's team impresses the Air Force and starts their missions, they learn enemy secrets and must figure out how to live their daily lives while doubling as secret agents. Nano Ops is a great young adult read for those with interest in drone racing, espionage, and father-son dynamics. With heart-pounding action, thrilling suspense, and heartfelt family moments, Nano Ops is sure to be a fast favorite among readers.

About the Author
William F. Seeds completed his Bachelors in his mid-forties and found a love for sharing stories. His prior publications include Get Into Investing, an informational guide that teaches beginning investing strategies, and his fictional debut Tattoo Voodoo, which has a deeper, dark side. Mr. Seeds is already working on the sequel to Nano Ops; Nano Ops II: The Year of the Rat.
