Synopsis
A Bunny Rabbit Named Cloud is a touching story about a white bunny rabbit that is born into a family of brown bunny rabbits-where white bunny rabbits are not allowed. His brothers and sisters tease, taunt, and make fun of poor Cloud every day. His siblings do not accept him and their meanness toward him makes it clear that he does not belong with them-all because he looks different from the rest of the family.
With delightful lyrical language and vibrant illustrations, this story is relatable to children of all ages, even adult children, who have experienced or are currently experiencing rejection by others simply because they look different. Cloud's story also provides comfort and encouragement that all of us will find acceptance and belonging for who we are if we don't give up.

About the Authors
J.F. Brindley graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Education and a degree from the University of Oklahoma in Educational Leadership. She taught 20 years, first in Petersburg, Virginia, next in the Panama Canal Zone, and ended her career as a high school administrator in Panama City, Florida. Since her retirement she enjoys writing adult and children's books.
Ray Brown graduated from the University of Alabama with a BFA Degree and spent 42 years as an artist, Art Director and Graphics Director with the Birmingham News. He lives in Birmingham with his wife Gail and teaches grands and great grands art and painting in watercolor.
