The concept of this book is "You can start Shogi today", so I introduced how to start playing Shogi right away on websites or apps.

I also think that English speakers find it difficult to memorize Kanji(Chinese Characters) when learning Shogi. For this reason, I tried to explain Kanji simply in this book. I learned Shogi rules when I was seven years old when I barely knew any Kanji. So I believe that Kanji is not a big obstacle to learning the Shogi rules.

Playing Shogi is a lot of fun, and I want people all over the world to know how interesting it is.
