Synopsis
this is vol. 5 of my new series "PTSD Coping Skills using poetry and short stories" but using some of my older work from a earlier time. I would say around 2019. I had to do this to change the title, which was something I didn't want to do. Anyway, the purpose is the same, to deal with my Acute PTSD on a daily basis. I also hope it will help other with PTSD to deal with their demons a s well. I also want to educate others dealing with loved ones with PTSD on what may be going through their heads as well. So, please support me helping others through this terrible disease.
