Synopsis
JP Sweeney is the chief of police of the sleepy town of Monk's Bay on the Maine coast. The gang rape of a young girl and the ensuing trial of the rapists splits the town and leads to suicide and a plot that releases an ominous presence seeking justice. Sweeney must find a serial killer who leaves no trace and ultimately threatens him and his daughter.
