Synopsis

Everyone needs a little Schoolspiration in their lives, and not only professionals in the field of Education. It is for this reason the short stories consist of various topics. The concept of Schoolspiration came about when I was in my fifth year of teaching and on the School Climate Correlate. The function of the correlate was to utilized surveys and short interviews to monitor employee morale. The information gathered allowed the team to get an overall feel of the emotional climate of the school. My personal task on the correlate was to write a monthly newsletter. I decided I wanted the newsletters to consist of an adaptation of short inspirational stories, quotes and wellness tips instead of just school news.Considering the busyness of school personnel, I made sure to keep the newsletter short and sweet. The following year I relocated to another school district, and a few colleagues contacted me suggesting I keep the newsletter going. I decided to share a few of my old short stories, along with some newer ones. Enjoy!
