Zara is a poor, black, fifteen-year old woman living in 2030 laissez-faire United States. Her eligibility for government housing is going to expire in one year, and she needs to do something, fast. Zara is a story of empowerment, how a young woman's dreams, with a little bit of luck, and a little bit of study, can come true.
