Synopsis

My hope is that this book acts as a review, or better stated, a reminder, as to what has been done in the past by this great nation to secure a military victory and lasting peace. I implore our nation’s leaders to dust off their history books and study the applied doctrine that served us so well in decades past, before we unnecessarily spend another drop of American blood. Our recent grueling, indecisive, and inconclusive military operations of late cannot continue to be the standard in military planning. Planning on ‘not failing’ is not the same as planning for victory. The paradigm needs to return to that of the “Greatest Generation.” The United States and her Allies need to revert back to the days of achieving a victory and THEN securing a lasting peace.
