Synopsis
The tenacles of a merciless Mexican drug cartel have infiltrated a small, rural Pennsylvania town with deadly consequences. Former marine turned police officer Matt Riley makes a last-ditch effort to stem the flow of opioids when he initiates a deal for recovering addict Cody Ware to serve as a confidential informant. His back to the wall, Cody accepts the deal and burrows into the local drug trade. As Matt and Cody close in on the cartel, its enforcer pulls strings with informants at surprisingly high places – nearly costing Cody his life.
