Synopsis

Although they are different in age and experience, Anabelle Light and Margo Price have the same misfortune of meeting Belloc Boyd. Belloc is a drug-dealing bartender who suffers from the clinical delusion that he is Doctor Belloc Boyd, a psychotherapist to Hollywood celebrities. By the time Margo understands just how deranged Belloc is, Anabelle, who Margo has never met, speaks to her through her expressive paintings that represent the victory of women over the aggressions and manipulations of men by using the unique power of their nurturing spirit as the formidable weapon that it is rather than the weakness they have been led to believe throughout history. The showdown occurs on a ship at sea with Margo and Belloc locked in a psychological battle of wills to determine whether Anabelle will be just another tragic femme fatale or the inspiration for a new beginning for Margo and, quite possibly, if one were to think big enough, for the future of women everywhere.
