Synopsis

Each time I was honestly injured by them, I was made to tell a different story should anyone ask about the injury. This created a double set of realities that had to live on as my stories were required to make sense.

For example: Instead of being made to kneel in one position for hours with heavy things being placed in my hands and on my back - more and more every few minutes, I had to say that I fell on cement and that was how my knees were damaged.

This might be seen as an extreme example but all of us have been taught to hide the truth and to lie about how we feel, what we see and also what we know in one way or another. There is no difference between the truth and the facts. We must lose the masks that we were made to wear and reveal our love for life and be willing to express it because this is the path to healing and becoming the beautiful LIGHTS we were meant to be.
