CEO John Henry suffers a heart attack during a "date" with an escort. Julia is forced to take over the CEO position temporarily. The corporate head office decides to outsource the work to Japan and China. This set the stage for their rivalry and a plot that examines the role of women in both those countries, with international consequences.
